Whites

—  Zippy / 2016  
Grown on site. Sourced from our mixed white block and picked slightly riper than Lisa’s. We enjoy high acid, low alcohol whites from Europe. These refreshing mouth cleansers are perfect for hot days and/or shellfish and ceviche. At 10.5% alcohol, you can drain a bottle without guilt. $25/btl $22/btl/case

—  Lisa’s / 2014 —
Grown on site. A field blend of Viognier, Malvasia Bianca & Reisling. Named for my wife Lisa. Very aromatic and fresh - aromas of peach/apricot, lychee & citrus. “slippery” in the mouth and very easy to drink. $28/btl $25/btl/case

—  Lisa’s / 2016 —
Grown on site. A field blend of Viognier, Malvasia Bianca & Reisling. Fresh aromas of spiced peach/ pear/lemon. Flavorful mid-palate adds a lychee candy note as well. Chewy spicy finish. Best with chicken & pork. $28/btl $25/btl/case

—  Ann’s / 2015 — 100% Malvasia Bianca, Cochise County, AZ from the Buhl Memorial Vineyard. Named for Ann Buhl a wonderful family friend. Floral aromas with peach and orange creamsicle flavor action. This will be great with Asian Fare. $28/btl $25/btl/case

—  Love Muffin / 2017 — A blend of our Estate white and Malvasia Bianca from the Buhl Memorial Vineyard in Cochise County, AZ. My wife Lisa’s code name. Gold medals in both the 2018 Jefferson Cup & 2019 San Francisco Chronicle competitions.

Barrett’s Sparkling / 2017 — New! Named after Lisa’s oldest daughter, Barrett’s is an ebullient, flavorful sparkler. Estate $28/btl $25/btl/case

Rose’

—  Arizona Dry Rose ’/ 2016  —
Roughly 60% Grenache from the Rhumb Line Vineyard in Willcox & 40% Grenache and Graciano from our vineyard. De-stemmed & skin soaked for 18 hours before pressing. Neutral barrel-fermented and aged. This also has a way of fast tracking down the gullet. $25/btl $22/btl/case

—  Waverly’s Dry Rose’ / 2016  —
Grown on site - Grenache & Graciano. Named after Lisa’s youngest daughter, Waverly’s is a wild one! Grown on site - I fully expected to make a red wine from this very late (10/26) picking, but the sugars are quite low. So we fermented it on the skins like a red for two days, then pressed it & treated it like a rose´ from that point on. $25/btl $22/btl/case

Reds

Bonita / 2017 — Estate 65% Grenache, 30% Touriga Nacional, 5%Malbec. This is a one off (most likely.). We have a tiny bit of Touriga Nacional & Malbec that usually don’t perform well, but in 2017 everything clicked. Aromatic, complex & yes, pretty, this wine is already a house favorite with Lisa.

 Junior / 2016  —
Grown on site - 63% Graciano, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, smoked meat. oak spice, herbs and leather. Round, mouth filling, with a saline, chewy finish. $25/btl $22/btl/case

—  Mourvedre / 2013  —
Grown on site. 100% Mourvedre - Savory red cherry coulis, earth, citrus and nut aromas. Intense and spicy with red cherry and grapefruit zest flavors. This will drink well for another 8 to 10 years. Will go well with grilled meats.

—  Back Lot / 2015  —
43% Grenache, 37% Mourvedre, 10% Tannat, 10% Petit Verdot. Historically one of our most popular bottlings. Aromas of cherry/strawberry jam and rosemary. Round and generous in the mouth. Finishes with chewy tannin. Versatile at the table.

Grenache / 2014 — Grown on site — Vibrant nose - citrus, pine/rosemary, tomato/cherry/strawberry jam. Intensely flavored with citrus and herb elements dominating. Long aromatic finish. This will drink well with just about anything - earthy vegetarian dishes, poultry, pork, beef or lamb - over the next 6-8 years. 90/100 Purely Domestic Wine Report. $28/btl $25/btl/case

Rhumb Line Grenache / 2017— 100% Grenache from the Rhumb Line Vineyard in Willcox. This instantly became a house favorite. Herbs strawberry jam & smoke/earth aromas. Vibrant strawberry coulis flavor is extremely energetic in the mouth. Mineral, strawberry & herb finish. This works with all sorts of dishes - and yes -even turkey. Best over the next 6-7 years. $28/btl $25/btl/case

Tempranillo / 2013 — Grown on site. 100% Tempranillo. Aromatic spicy black fruit nose that reminds me of Oregon Pinot. Suave & mouth filling. Silver medal winner in San Francisco Chronicle Competition. $28/btl $25/btl/case

Al’s Syrah / 2015 — Cochise County, AZ. 100% Syrah. Syrah grapes purchased from Sam Pillsbury’s vineyard, co-fermented with the pressed Malvasia skins from Ann’s bottling. Floral perfumed strawberry fruit nose. Round & mouth filling, lithe & perfumed, long fragrant finish. $28/btl $25/btl/case

Boda / 2016 Grown on site - 50% Graciano, 25% Mourvedre , 25% Merlot. Deep nose - earth, smoke, pepper. Concentrated palate impression - plush initially then tannin kicks in. This wine is a celebration our marriage. $28/btl $25/btl/case

AZ Graciano / 2015 — Sourced from Callaghan, Rhumb Line & Caretto Vineyards. Deep nose of boysenberry, black cherry coulis & earth. Round with a textural sweetness. Good acidity keeps it fresh. Best with grilled meat & BBQ. 100% Graciano $28/btl $25/btl/case

Tannat / 2016 — Sourced from Callaghan Vineyards, Rhumb Line & Whitmill Vineyards. Blueberry flavor repeats intensely with characteristics chewy tannin. Serve with meats and stews. Double gold medal and best in class winner in 2019 San Francisco Chronicle Competition. 100% Tannat $35/btl $32/btl/case

Padres / 2016 — Grown on site - , 62% Graciano, 19% Tannat, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harmonious nose of smoky black cherry and plum. Round & plush, sensuous with moderate acid/tannin synergy in the finish. Enjoy this with stews, grilled meat. James Suckling 92/100. Gold medal winner in Jefferson Cup. $28/btl $25/btl/case

DESSERT WINE

Red Dessert Wine / NV — 50% Grenache, 50% Petite Syrah. Floral, dusty strawberry/cherry jam sweetness balanced by acid tannin backbone. Perfect with chocolate desserts. $20/375ml btl $17/btl/case
