This fall we are tasting wines from the 2005 and 2006 vintages. Both years delivered abnormally high rainfall during our monsoon season, July to September. We were even blessed with multiple hail events (attempted humor). Despite this (or possibly because of this?), these wines are deep and full of flavor. Yields in both vintages (and in 2007) averaged 1 ton/acre.
